Overview
This document provides detailed information about how Atlas collects, uses, stores, and deletes data obtained from advertising platforms. Our practices are designed to comply with GDPR, platform policies, and industry best practices.
1. Data Collection Scope
1.1 What We Collect
Aggregated Performance Metrics
Impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, CTR, CPC, conversion rates
Campaign Metadata
Campaign names, IDs, status, start/end dates, objectives
Creative Performance
Ad format, placement, aggregated engagement metrics (no individual user data)
Budget Data
Daily/lifetime budgets, pacing information, spending trends
Account Information
Ad account IDs, currency, timezone, connected platform details
1.2 What We Do NOT Collect
- Individual user profiles or personally identifiable information (PII)
- Email addresses, phone numbers, or names of ad viewers
- Demographic data beyond platform-provided aggregated segments
- Device IDs, cookies, or cross-site tracking identifiers
- Any data obtained through scraping or unauthorized methods
2. Data Retention Periods
Active Campaign Data
24 monthsPerformance data for active and recently ended campaigns retained for 24 months after campaign end date to support trend analysis and historical comparisons.
Aggregated Historical Data
Up to 5 yearsHeavily aggregated, anonymized performance metrics used for long-term trend analysis, seasonal pattern detection, and benchmarking. Individual campaign details removed.
Usage & Access Logs
12 monthsSystem access logs, audit trails, and usage analytics retained for 12 months for security monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance audits.
Account Disconnection
30 daysWhen you disconnect an ad account, all associated data is deleted within 30 days, except for aggregated anonymized data used in historical benchmarks.
3. How We Use Data

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your advertising data
We only share data in the following limited cases:

- •Legal Obligations: When required by law or valid legal process
- •Anonymized Benchmarks: Only with your explicit opt-in, using aggregated data with no account identifiers
